Our family stayed in a lovely hotel located in the historical center of Zhouzhuang. It was only a few steps away from the scenic river, the temple and the town's attractions. the room was charmingly decorated with antique elements, and the service was overall hospitable. the breakfast spread was adequate with some local specialties. there was a small shop on site where we could buy interesting souvenirs and products.

The cleanliness was superb, and the hotel facilities were great. I also loved the convenience of its location in the historical center of the city, almost next to the scenic river running through it. the staff was really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served was great.

Spacious, well-decorated rooms. Convenient location for visiting Zhouzhuang. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Beautifully revitalized traditional house.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise, with exclusive amenities that catered to my every need. the room was beautifully furnished and had private facilities that added to the exclusivity of the experience. the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the nearby location advantages.
The one minor issue was the missing night club. I would have enjoyed some entertainment on the premises.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and had a charming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, ready to assist us whenever we needed it. We particularly enjoyed the quality toiletries provided and the various types of tea available in the room. The hotel's restaurant offered a good selection of local Chinese food and a continental breakfast at a reasonable price.
The hotel's spa wasn't working during our stay. the location required a 500m walk from the entrance to the town, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues.

Had a wonderful Christmas holiday at this hidden gem in a charming town. Loved the nicely decorated room and quality toiletries provided. the location was perfect--away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to access all that the town had to offer. the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the complimentary sweet drinks in the evening were a nice touch.
Although the room was comfortable, the walls were a bit thin and we could hear our neighbors at times. the breakfast buffet didn't have a lot of variety and could be improved.
